The Training the Trainer programme for 2011 will be available shortly.
Clinical Supervisor Training
These trainer sessions for clinical supervisors are matched to the requirements of PMETB , outlined in the ‘Standards for Trainers’ document. These workshops develops the skills needed for good clinical supervision.
The programme will include the following topics:
- Postgraduate Medical Education in 2009 – the context and requirements
- Supervision and work based learning
- Assessment and giving feedback to trainees
- Identifying, supporting and working with trainees in difficulty
