FUTURE BRIGHT – exhibition of regional artists
Future Bright is a touring exhibition of artwork, featuring some of the most inspiring artists, from across the region. The artists have come from every background imaginable - from professional practitioners to children - and from people with experience of mental health issues to those just interested in maintaining their well being. The point is to show how art - creating it or viewing it - can be a great way to improve your mental health and wellbeing.
Also present will be JEAN 'BINTA' BREEZE
Jamaican-born Jean “Binta” Breeze suffers from schizophrenia and has written and spoken eloquently about what she herself calls "madness." The internationally acclaimed poet will be doing various different things around the show - from performing at some of the venues to delivering workshops at others

Forgotten Fragments
If you’re able to forget your fear then some magic might appear…
Everyone views the world differently but it’s easy to miss things. Adam wants to paint but has run out of ideas. Bridget knows there’s magic in everything…so why can’t Adam see it? Join Movers Theatre Company as they embark on a journey into the imagination where mermaids exist, giant spiders loom and snow queens rule. A world where if you look closely the ordinary really can become extraordinary.
Movers, the learning disabled theatre company for Leicester, create unforgettable performances which intrigue and entertain. ‘Forgotten Fragments’ showcases the company’s creativity, physicality and comic skills in a piece which can be enjoyed by all.
