East Midlands Health Trainer Services will adopt a service model to meet the needs of their target communities and groups. They may have a combination of Health Trainer and Health Champion roles or select one or the other.
East Midlands Health Trainers and Health Champions are people recruited from their local community or group and who have an interest in health and wellbeing.
